David Kilbourn

Vice President, Pricing, Market Research & Operations

David joined TOTE in 2002 as the Fairbanks Manager and was promoted to Director of Pricing in 2006. David was named Vice President in 2010 and is responsible for Pricing, Market Research and L48 Operations.

Prior to joining TOTE, David spent his career in the food industry in Alaska. He has extensive experience in both retail and wholesale distribution. In 1989, David founded Yukon Express Services, which specialized in food-service distribution, solving logistical challenges for the food industry. Yukon serviced the North Slope oil fields and rural Alaska, as well as the major population centers of rail-belt Alaska.

David was raised in Fairbanks and graduated from the University of Washington with a BS in Business Administration. David and his wife Aldean have been married for 39 years and have three grown sons. They continue to make their home in Fairbanks.
