Hugh L. Simpson

Chief Financial Officer

Hugh L. Simpson joined TOTE in September 2006 as Chief Financial Officer. Hugh is responsible for corporate accounting, financial services, credit and collections, IT and organization-wide quality programs. Hugh comes to TOTE from Sound Transit in Seattle where he was CFO and Treasurer for seven years. He played an integral role in financing and implementing the construction of the light rail transportation segment in the Puget Sound area.

Prior to Sound Transit, Hugh worked for worked for a local municipality, an international distribution company based out of Japan and a medical device manufacturing company located in Texas.

Hugh graduated from the University of Idaho with a BS in Accounting and is a member of the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants. Hugh and his family reside in Kent, Washington.
