Subject: July 4th Holiday Schedule

In order to allow you to better plan your shipments to and from Alaska during the upcoming July 4th holiday, we would like to advise you of some changes in our sailing and operational schedules. Due to the holiday, we have some schedule changes to the Friday night/Saturday morning vessel the “Midnight Sun”. The Wednesday night/Thursday morning vessel the “North Star” will remain on its normal departure and arrival schedule throughout the holiday period. Please see the changes below.
Northbound from Tacoma:
- Voyage 8103 – Midnight Sun - departs Friday June 27th at 3:00 PM. Cargo cut off is a firm 1:00 PM on Friday the 27th for all trailer cargo, and 12:00 PM for hazardous and over-dimensional cargo.
- Voyage 8107 – Midnight Sun - departs Friday July 4th at 3:00 AM. Normal cargo cut offs on Thursday night July 3rd are applicable.
Southbound from Anchorage:
- Voyage 8100 –Midnight Sun- departs from Anchorage on Tuesday June 24th at 1:00 PM.
- Voyage 8104 –Midnight Sun – Arrives and discharges on Monday June 30th - departs Anchorage on Monday June 30th at 3:00 PM.
Anchorage Customer Service will inform customers of cargo availability times.
Terminal schedule:
- Tote’s Tacoma Terminal, Customer Service, and Dispatch, all will be closed Friday July 4th in observance of the Holiday.
- Tote’s Anchorage Terminal will be closed Friday July 4th in observance of the holiday.
- Except for the observance of the holiday on the 4th, vehicle receiving cut offs and office hours remain as published.
We will resume our regular sailing / arrival schedule the week following the holiday.
