Totem Ocean Trailer Express (TOTE) has filed to decrease its ocean fuel surcharge as published in tariffs STB TOTE 100, STB TOTE 201-A,
and STB TOTE 700 from 25.5% to 24.5% effective Sunday, July 4, 2010. This filing was made with the Surface Transportation Board
of the United States.
