Dear TOTE Customers:

Totem Ocean Trailer Express (TOTE) has filed to increase its ocean fuel surcharge as published in tariffs STB TOTE 100, STB TOTE 201-A, and STB TOTE 700 from 16.5% to 18.5% effective July 12, 2009. This filing was made with the Surface Transportation Board of the United States.

Fuel costs have continued increase as they have for roughly seven months, so we will continue to closely monitor them and make further adjustments to the ocean fuel surcharge as appropriate.
