Dear TOTE customers:
As of yesterday, the West Coast diesel fuel price as published by the U.S. Dept. of Energy was $4.303 per gallon (please refer to the chart below, or to http://tonto.eia.doe.gov/oog/info/wohdp/diesel.asp ). This price level corresponds with an inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge of 39.0% as published in tariffs TOTE 300-C and TOTE 201-A.

Therefore, effective May 18, 2008, the Item 346 inland/arbitrary fuel surcharge will be increasing to 39.0%.
Please note: the ocean fuel surcharge will remain as published in TOTE’s tariffs under Item 345.
