Please read this notice carefully prior to downloading and printing the TOTE Credit Application.

Download and print the credit application

  • please read it carefully
  • complete all the fields
  • sign the form
  • fax the form to (253) 449-8124.

If you have any questions please email them to credit@totemocean.com.

Also, please fax any relevant pre-printed company information that you may already have available and allow 10 business days for processing.

TOTE's credit terms of payment (OAC) are Net 30 days from date of sailing.
